The Owl Forest Studio is a space dedicated to couples. This is a romantic hideaway for lovers, honeymooners, travelers and visitors passing through to one of our beach homes ...or for folks visiting the Portland area for any reason.
Guests are charmed by the enclosed personal garden area, mature landscaping and old growth 100 ft+ tall Douglas Firs, complete with hammock and garden swing. The hot tub is located between the Camellia and Andromeda trees just off the deck and offers views of the garden. The hot tub is completely private to our guests.
You have your own entrance, separate off-street parking on the circular drive and is completely private from the rest of the property. For security reasons, we have a surveillance camera on the driveway. This is the only camera inside or outside on our property. Your privacy and safety are very important to us.
With one fourth of an acre dedicated to the Owl Forest studio, you will find that you have lots of visual privacy in a large area to call your own. We offer rural surroundings in an urban setting on a fairly busy street. You will be visually private, but expect some traffic noise, especially during rush hours.

“ What a charming place! The perfect size for two people and it had exactly what we needed in the kitchen with a full size fridge and labeled doors for finding things. The most efficient and workable use of space I have ever seen in an airbnb! The hot tub was also lovely, especially on a cold winter night. And I loved that we could program the door lock ourselves with our own easy to remember number. The amount of times I have been outside an airbnb praying that my 1% phone battery is enough to search for the door code is not zero.”
